New York, New York – AR Poster

"New York, New York” was inspired by a journey and is itself a virtual voyage of discovery through the neighbourhoods of the global metropolis. Map-like graphic representations were created to provide a bird’s-eye view of the well-known urban canyons in the city. They show abstract footprints of the buildings, and the scalable skyscrapers in various bright colours can be placed on these footprints. In this way, users can reinterpret the city and experience it using an interactive app that marries the analogue and the digital.
